HEQ inc is proud to partner with Story Factory Digital in this highly interactive creative writing workshop just for HEQ inc families.
In Freedom Machines, kids are introduced to the fantastical picture book, The Incredible Freedom Machines, by Kirli Saunders, a proud Gunai woman with ties to the Yuin, Gundungurra, Gadigal and Biripi peoples.
Kids will examine their ideas of freedom, and begin writing a poem about their very own freedom machine. What does the machine look like? How does it move? Where will it take you?
This session has been developed for children aged 7 – 11.
